charmed stay
wide variety good service helpful team great care
brunch at deli kitchen was so great. The selection was wide, i found many options i liked. Ashan, Neeraj, Zara, Tuwin, Mary, Said, Sadun and Izak took GREAT care of everyone. The service was especially helpful. i Will return AGAIN.
i Had A slight problem with the coffee. It was not how i expected it to be.

Parisa offers a cute ambiance and comfortable setting. i Found the atmosphere relaxing and it made the meal enjoyable. The staff are attentive and friendly. They know about the menu. Food is beautifully presented and full of flavor.

The pool area is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Amzad did a great job cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mahabub at the pool and other staff by the pool were great. The hotel has PLENTY dining options.

underwhelming experience at this hotel
breakfast disorganization mosquito infestation
i was disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the breakfast service was disorganized. often, i found empty dishes at the buffet, and getting a simple coffee order correct seemed a real challenge. i also noticed several mosquitos in my room, frustrating and detracted from the overall comfort i expected.
